Furry Tails Grooming Salon has been in business since 2003. Our location is staffed by professional grooming experts whom, like you, are animal owners and animal lovers. Pet safety and comfort is our main focus. Our immaculate salon is a reflection of our superior quality of grooming. We have 3 full time independent groomers whom provide expert grooming care and advice far above the industry’s standards. We carefully spend the necessary time to groom each pet and never “Assembly Line” groom. We are licensed and insured with years of experience you should be looking for in a groomer. You could pay less, but you won’t get more. We look forward to servicing all of your pet’s grooming needs. |

Jacque Porter has 17 years of experience grooming. She started in the grooming industry by going to grooming school during her senior year of high school and has been grooming ever since. She has a dedication and compassion for all pets, big or small, young or old and the ones in between! She has 3 dogs of her own…Mac, (a lab/shepherd mix), Lowla (a bulldog mix), and Davey (a sweet Pitbull rescued from a horrible situation). She loves grooming and hopes to have many years ahead!
Teresa Jacobsen has 35 years in the pet grooming industry. In 1978 she began an apprenticeship with a mobile grooming service. In 1980 she continued her career by becoming an independent professional groomer. In the mid 1980’s Teresa worked as a grooming instructor at a NATTS (nationally accredited technical trade school) grooming school. She has attended many trade shows and seminars over the years and is certified in the sporting breed. Teresa is married and has one daughter. She also has tow dogs of her own, a Pomeranian and a Yellow Lab. She has lived in Champlin for the past 13 years and has been servicing the grooming needs of clients at Furry Tails for 10 of those years.
